TORONTO (January 20, 2012) – United Promotions, in association with Hennessy Sports, is holding a model search this Sunday night (Jan. 22) to selected eight finalists for the Queen of the Ring contest, Saturday night, February 11 at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.

Five judges, as well as crowd applause, will pick eight finalists surviving Sunday evening’s qualifying round and advancing to the grand finale, Feb. 11.  Each of the finalists will be a ring card girl during the boxing event.  The crowd’s applause will determine the grand prize winner, who will be crowned Queen of the Ring and receive $1,000.00.  For more information email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To select eight finalists for the Queen of the Ring contest being held Feb. 11 pro boxing show, headlined by an exciting welterweight bout between Samuel Vargas (8-0-1, 2 KOs) and Manolis Plaitis (17-1-1, 8 KOs), at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga.
