In her second outing with Jim Evans as matchmaker, Miranda Carter is promising a thrilling afternoon of championship boxing and a competitive undercard at York Hall, Bethnal Green on Sunday 15th May.
Two vacant Southern Area Championship titles are up for grabs, and four men each see themselves as the rightful owner.
Exciting Ryan Toms has seven straight wins behind him and believes the Light-Middleweight belt is his for sure. Scotty Woolford has a more chequered record but is a dogged and tough opponent with over sixty more rounds of ring experience.
Kreshnik Qato is back on his winning ways with an emphatic second round victory in his last bout and is now looking to add the Southern Area Middleweight belt to his trophy cabinet. But after travelling to Denmark for his last fight Gary Boulden senses the title could be his and is determined to make the most of this opportunity.
The undercard promises some equally hard fights. Tony Owen, undefeated after ten fights, is moving up to 8 rounds for the first time, and is taking on hard nut Ibrar Riyaz. If he wins, Tony will be looking to grab his own belts. Chas Symonds, after time out of the ring, is in the best shape of his life, and ready to prove himself.
Two newcomers, John Brennan and Gavin James are looking to establish themselves as prospects. John is looking for his third straight win, and Gavin is looking for his first victory after a surprise defeat on debut.
