Zbik and Chávez Jr. will step on the scale first for the Official Weigh-in, Today! Friday, June 3, outdoors at the STAPLES Center Star Plaza, near the Team LA store, (1111 South Figueroa St., Los Angeles, Calif. 90015) at 1 p.m. PT. The weigh-in is open to the public.

Remaining tickets, priced at $100, $75 and $50, can be purchased online at www.staplescenter.com, via Ticketmaster charge-by-phone lines at (800) 745-3000, or at the STAPLES Center box office.

Promoted by Top Rank, in association with Zanfer Promotions, Universum Media Network, TECATE and STAPLES Center, the Chávez, Jr. vs. Zbik world middleweight championship will take place Saturday, June 4, at STAPLES Center, and marks the first fight Chávez Jr. has fought in Los Angeles in six years. It will be televised live on HBO Boxing After Dark®, beginning at 10 p.m. ET/PT (delayed on the West Coast.)

The world championship event will be highlighted by a celebration of the boxing career of Julio César Chávez Sr. Chávez will be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame next weekend. Doors open at 4:00 p.m. PT with the first bout beginning at 4:05 p.m. PT.
