2012 GEORGIA GOLDEN GLOVES CHAMPIONSHIP TO BE HELD

ATLANTA, GA. Sports Fan Properties & Shea Bailey Promotions’ Georgia Boxing Championship is proud to announce a partnership with the 2012 Georgia Golden Gloves Championship. This year’s Georgia Golden Gloves Championship will be held on at the Summit at All-Tournament Players Park in Marietta, GA on Saturday, March 17th and Sunday, March 18th. The Georgia Golden Gloves is run by the Georgia Amateur Boxing Association, a Local Boxing Committee of the USA Boxing Organization. The Georgia Amateur Boxing Association is incorporated in the State of Georgia as a not-for-profit organization and as such has a 501 c3 tax exempt status.
The Georgia Golden Gloves Championship will determine advancing champions in all weight classes of the Open and Junior Olympic Division, for both male and female boxers. Novice boxing competitions will also be included, but will not advance. The Junior Olympic Champions will advance to Regionals in North Carolina. Open Champions will advance to the Southern Golden Gloves Regional Tournament in Knoxville, TN. and be given the opportunity to advance to the 2012 National Golden Gloves Tournament in Mesquite, Nevada
