Timothy Bradley, the undefeated boxer who will challenge Manny Pacquiao on June 9, has a mean hook. But his backhand needs work. Sunday, Bradley stopped by the BNP Paribas Open, which is near his home in Palm Springs, Calif. to watch a little tennis. He said doesn’t play much anymore, not since an ex-girlfriend used to crush him every time they took the court. “This is a tough sport man, a tough sport,” he said. “My problem is the backhand, I just can’t control it.”
