Cisneros Can’t Wait To Fight Hallback For World Title As The Main Event For “The Battle of Whitehall”!

Whitehall, NY – Victoria Cisneros has faced the toughest fighters Women’s Boxing has to offer. Her resume shows that she has fought World Champions, Former World Champions and Number-One Ranked fighters consistently since turning pro in 2004.

During her eight-year career she’s fought the best female fighters available. She’s faced Melissa Hernandez, Terri Blair, Jill Emery, Ann Saccurato (twice), Layla McCarter, Addy Irizarry and Molly McConnell. Add, in most expert’s opinions, the top three P4P female fighters in the world today; Holly Holm (twice) Cecilia Braekhus and her opponent on August 24th, Chevelle Hallback. When you look at the list of fighters she has fought, it becomes crystal clear that Cisneros is one of Boxing’s most durable fighters.

Cisneros has fought for World Titles three times in the past. She fought Melissa Hernandez for the World Lightweight Title, Holly Holm for the World Jr. Welterweight Title and Cecilia Braekhus for the World Welterweight Title. She came up short each time, but went the distance in all three fights, pushing each Champion to their limit in order to come out victorious.

On August 24, “The Battle of Whitehall”, being presented by The Whitehall Athletic Club, will give Victoria Cisneros a 4th shot at a world title. This time, it will be for the WIBA World Jr. Welterweight Title in a rematch against top Pound-4-Pound fighter, Chevelle Hallback. Cisneros has been waiting for the opportunity to get Hallback back in the ring ever since their epic battle in her home town of Albuquerque, New Mexico on December 3, 2010. In that fight, Hallback won a very close fight via a Split Decision that to this day haunts Cisneros. She and her team felt she won the fight and was very disappointed that she was viewed as the opponent in her home town.

“To be brought in as the opponent in my home town bothered me. Then to lose a fight, that I thought I clearly won, on the judge’s scorecards, really pissed me off”, said Cisneros. She added, “I had tried to get a rematch and it was never worked out. I reached out to Chevelle Hallback herself and asked and she said, “You never know, maybe in the future”. Well the future will come on August 24th in Whitehall and I plan on bringing the World Title back to Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am younger, stronger and have more heart than anyone Chevelle has ever faced. I will have had plenty of time to prepare and I am confident that I will be too much for Hallback. I promise that the fans will get everything I have on August 24. This fight will be a war that everyone in attendance will never forget.”

“The Battle of Whitehall” will also feature some top young prospects matched against each other, which will promise to give all fans in attendance their monies worth. Tickets are available by visiting www.WhitehallAthleticClub.com. Ring side seats are priced very affordably at $50 for rows one & two and $40 for rows three, four and five.
