Lee Selby taken ill in Belfast – Lindsay will still box tonight
Lee Selby’s British and Commonwealth featherweight title defence against Martin Lindsay at the Odyssey Arena tonight (September 22) has been cancelled after Selby was taken ill in Belfast.
Selby was taken ill overnight and saw the doctor again this morning and was deemed unfit to box this evening.
Lindsay will still box tonight and his opponent will be named shortly.
