At the WBC headquarters were again face to face Zulina Muñoz and Maribel Ramirez.
La “Loba” Munoz, will give a rematch to Maribel Ramirez, as part of the boxing card “Pure Chloroform” that is presented by CANELO PROMOTIONS, Televisa and Fox Sports next Saturday august 3 at the “Agustín Millán” Gym of Toluca, Mexico.
“I expect a tough fight, all rematches are very difficult” said Muñoz. “Maribel is a strong opponent, but after I won the title, my trust and confidence are higher” she added.
Zulina Muñoz, who last November 24 won a close decision to Maribel Ramirez and became the WBC super flyweight champion, will be defending her belt for the third time.
On the other hand, Maribel Ramirez said: “This time I’m gonna win clearly and with a spectacular knockout”.
Champion and challenger will meet with the press on Thursday afternoon and by Friday both fighters will be weighed in downtown Toluca.
