Boxing trainer and former fighter Wade Hinnant joins Ringnews24 boxing radio

Boxing trainer and former fighter Wade Hinnant joins Ringnews24 boxing radio to chat about boxing and his fighter Teon Kennedy who broke his jaw in his fight on Saturday.

Anthony George:  Lets first get a medical update on Teon,  he [Teon] said he had his jaw wired and he had an operation, has everything went well?

Wade Hinnant: Yeah everything went well, I think he had two fractures on the right side of his jaw. They had to install a metal plate in addition to the wire. The plate will help it heal faster, but we talking about having the wires removed in a month or so. He is going to stop for the year as far as  fighting, but he will be able resume training in 6 weeks or so.
