Deion Jumah (3-0, 1 KO) returns to action in Bamberg, Germany on November 23. He will make his fourth professional fight on the Team Sauerland bill headlined by IBF and Ring Magazine Cruiserweight World Champion Yoan Pablo Hernandez (27-1, 13 KOs).
Jumah has had the opportunity to get up close and personal with Hernandez having spent a week in Berlin sparring with the hard-hitting Cuban in preparation for this fight.
‘’It is an honour to spar with a world champion,’’ said Jumah. ‘’Hernandez is one of the best cruiserweights out there. When you step into the ring with someone at his level it gives you clarity of where you are at and what you need to work on. It has been a great learning experience and a real confidence boost. I can honestly say it is the best spar I’ve had so far. I am looking forward to getting back into the ring and putting what I have learnt into practice.’’
