Jose Pinzon (24-5, 15 KOs) has arrived in Copenhagen for his WBA & WBO Intercontinental Middleweight Title fight against undefeated champion Patrick Nielsen (20-0, 9 KOs). The duo will battle it out at MusikTeatret Albertslund on Saturday. Pinzon and his team touched down in Copenhagen in the late afternoon. “I am here to get Nielsen´s belts and take them home with me,” Pinzon said. “We had a good trip over. I am excited to be in Copenhagen. I have trained very hard. This is my big chance to get a world title fight and I will make the most of it.”
Pinzon will meet Nielsen for the first time tomorrow at 11.30 at the official press conference at MusikTeatret Albertslund. Tickets for the Nordic Fight Night are available at www.billetnet.dk.
