John Cash hoping for an early night as he doesn’t get paid for overtime

 Ringnews24.com: You have a fight coming up against Ilja Baltaks. How did that fight come about and which other boxers were you looking at?

I don’t look too much into it, I let my trainer Paul Richards and manager James Pasley handle that side of things.

Ringnews24.com: Who is your current trainer and were do you train?

My trainer’s name is Paul Richards and I train at the Hemel Hempstead gym.

Ringnews24.com: You are currently in the middle of a training camp to prepare for Baltaks, could you tell us a little about your camp?

It’s the same as every other camp, you can not look past anyone.

Ringnews24.com: How is your training going and how would you compare it to previous camps?

Everything is going good, training hard and my trainer Paul Richards is pushing me  to make sure he gets the best out of me.

Ringnews24.com: Who have you been sparring in preparation for Baltaks?

Lea Markham and Miles Cash.

Ringnews24.com: Have you seen much footage of Baltaks and what do you think of him as a fighter?

None to tell the truth – there is not much on him.

Ringnews24.com: Do you have a prediction of how the fight will end?

No, I go into the fight looking just to box as normal and win but if I can get him out of there early I will you don’t get paid for overtime.

Ringnews24.com: You are fighting on March 8th, at York Hall in London; have you visited the venue before?

Yes, I had my debut there and boxed there as an amateur.

Ringnews24.com Who is going to be in your corner on the night and what do they bring to Team Cash?

Paul Richards and James Parsley; they bring a good overall view of the fight and let me know what I have to do and what I’m doing wrong.

Ringnews24.com: How can fans watch the fight? Is it on TV?

Nope, fans will have to buy a ticket and come and show their support.

Ringnews24.com: After your victory, are there any fighters that you would like to call out?

Not yet, it’s very early days.

It’s going to be a great night with lots of good fights on.
