John Costello for Fight Network Events presents ‘Firepower’ – an evening of professional boxing in Birmingham next month.
An action-packed card, featuring a host of trigger happy, hard hitting fighters, is topped by two Midlands Area Champions.
Walsall’s Cruiserweight King, Chris Keane, and Coventry Super Featherweight Champion, Troy James will both be looking to make a statement ahead of a big 2016 for the pair.
James is the mandatory challenger for Liam Walsh’s British & Commonwealth Titles and will challenge for the two prestigious straps later this year whilst former ABA & Nations Amateur Champion Keane makes a welcome ring return after an 18 month injury lay-off.
Firepower takes place at The Venue, Icknield Port Road, Edgbaston on Friday, 27th February. Scott Quigg vs. Carl Frampton World Title Fight will also be shown on big screens.
Birmingham trio – light middleweight, Jordan Clayton, featherweight prospect, Paul Holt, and lightweight, Waqas Mohammed also feature.
Coventry debutant duo – heavyweight Dilly Singh and super lightweight Michael Green will make their pro bows and fellow Coventry fighter, welterweight, James ‘The Full Monty’ Montgomery, completes the line-up.
