Bare Knuckle Boxing returns to Wales

UBBAD

Time is moving along in 2016, already we have had one amazing show back in January from UBBAD but never fear it’s not long to wait until the next. In little over a month for the second time UBBAD invade the valleys for UBBAD Wales 2.

Held at the same location as the last, Rocks Bar in Pantside, Newbridge anyone who was at the last show will tell you that we had a packed house, in fact packed to the rafters and talk about atmosphere? There was nothing like it, for fans, fighters and staff alike.

We had a packed fight card at the last Wales show for you with Andy Price vs Christian Evans at the top of Bill, but on this show dare I say we have an even better fight card for you.

Once again the Wales Team Captain Christian Evans tops the bill as the main event of the evening as he takes on fellow Welshman and UBBAD favourite Seth ‘The Bangor Hammer’ Jones for the coveted UBBAD Welsh Title.

If you have seen any of Christian of Seth’s previous bouts then one thing is sure, they both come to fight, and fight they do.

The Welsh title is one of two title fights on the night with the second being the eagerly awaited ‘Grudge Match’ between UBBAD and WBKBC Middleweight Champion Jimmy ‘The Celtic Warrior’ Sweeney and his nemesis Scott ‘The Pretty Boy’ Midgely.

Sweeney who is coming off the back of being unbeaten straight with six straight wins, his last being against Wales Team captain Christian Evans where he managed to pick up his two title straps, and Midgely coming of the back of two losses after his Transatlantic dreams were dashed by American Billy Martin, and then back in January taking a loss against BKB debutant Nathan Leeson.

Both of these men want the win and want the win badly, and this will be a title shot for Midgely the England team captain, and Sweeney’s first defence of his belts.

As with the last show we have some amazing Team England vs Team Wales fights on the undercard, as well as many others including.
