Josh Warrington moved to 26-0 and became the new IBF featherweight world champion by upsetting Lee Selby in a split-decision victory. The bout took place at the home of Leeds United’s, Elland Road.
The judges scored the bout 116-112, 115-113 and 113-115.

With Carl Frampton looking for a big named fighter for his Windsor Park fight in August. Frampton doesn’t believe it will be the new IBF world champion, Josh Warrington.
“It probably doesn’t look like Josh is going to be ready. He’ll need some time to rest, but I’m fighting in August at Windsor Park,” added Carl Frampton who was part of BBC Radio 5’s live coverage.
