WBA No.1 contender of Flyweight division Dennapa Kiatniwat, also known as Dennapa Trabaihor or Sarawut Thawornkham in his real name, receives a big present in his life after WBA orders him to fight against WBA Flyweight world champion, Artem Dalakian as a mandatory challenger of the Ukrainian. Both sides should reach agreement within 30 days since last week.
Dennapa had scheduled to play a non-title match on last Friday as an undercard of WBA Asia South Super Welterweight defending fight of Teerachai Sith Morseng, aka Tewa Kiram who is a former WBA world title challenger. But after he knew about his great opportunity to fight for world title, he was changed to do as a sparing match in this program.
This Thai Flyweight hope has been promoting by Galaxy Boxing Promotion (GBP) of Niwat Laosuwannawat who was promoter of Khaosai and Khaokor Galaxy, the first twin in the world who were the boxing world champion in the same time. And GBP’ big boss said he wants to make Dennapa-Dalakian fight in Thailand because Dalakian is very dangerous fighter.
Dennapa has his boxing stat as 20 won (15KO) and 1 lost that happened in his pro debut fight in Japan in 2014. It was similar to pro debut fight of Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, aka Wisaksil Wangek, who is a current WBC world Super Flyweight boss. We hope he can capture the world title belt similar to Srisaket in his next fight. All of Thai boxing fans is cheering you.
