Sake P

I am the owner of a boxing website and a nonprofit writer of a weekly boxing magazine, Muayloke = World Boxing, in Thailand. I define myself as a real boxing fan because all of my boxing things are my lovely hobby more than 15 years. In Thailand, we have many good boxers such as Saensak Muangsurin, Saman Sor Jaturong, Khaosai Galaxy and Srisaket Sor Rungvisai. I'm known in the boxing community as Boxing-Boy.

After he lost his WBC Super Flyweight title to “El Gallo” Juan Francisco Estrada on April 26, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai, aka S. Nakornloung Promotion or Wisaksil Wangake, seem to have quieted period around 2 months which he spent time for his family and rest.
According to some social media sources of Nakornloung Promotion, Thai super star have been moving  back to Nakornloung Boxing Camp in Nonthaburi since the last week of June. Training is gradually step up to improve his physical condition slowly.  But on Saturday July 13, Srisaket and his team visited DearHeart Center at Yanhee Hospital in Bangkok to have physical performance evaluation especially cardiorespiratory fitness. The Exercise Stress Test with VO2 max (or maximal oxygen consumption) were prepared for him and result is good. He has been planning to return to do these tests may be every 2 weeks to make sure his stamina is getting better and  better.
Now Srisaket is was ranked in number one spot by WBC and number two by WBA. We don’t know  exactly when will he have the next fight and it is only a non-title bout or a championship fight. All of Thai boxing fans wish him back to be a world champion for the third time but he is not necessary to be WBC world champion but WBA is also good.
* I want to say thank you to Mr. Thainchai Pisitwuttinan, manager of Srisaket Sor Rungvisai and representative of Nakornloung Promotion, who sent me 2 photos directly and allowed me to use them in this article.
