We’re on the call today to talk about “Lonestar Battle: Erislandy Lara versus Ishe Smith.”  What a match up.  This is for the WBA Super Welterweight World Title, 12 round bout.  This is a SHOWTIME SPECIAL EDITION airing at 10:15 p.m. ET/PT, and it’s promoted by Mayweather Promotions.

The fight night takes place Friday, December 12 at Illusions Theater at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.  There are two other match-ups on the televised portion of the show.  The opening bout will be Chris Pearson versus Steve Martinez and Badou Jack also showing on SHOWTIME against Steve Martinez.
