Ronald Chacon: Hiroto KyoguchI’m ready for you

Ring Magazine and WBA “super” champion Hiroto Kyoguchi 14-0 is looking to kick off 2021 in style. The Light Fly Champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA) will make his US Debut of Axel vega 14-3-1 on the undercard of Super Flyweight unification mega fight Román “Chocolatito” González and Juan Francisco “Gallo” Estrada at the American Airlines Arena, in Dallas, on March 13.

Kyoguchi enjoys great popularity in Japan and is one of the current great champions of the Land of the Rising Sun. He recently signed a promotional contract with Matchroom Boxing and will make his third defense of his black and gold belt.

The 27-year-old fighter will takes Mexican Axel Vega, current WBA Fedecentro champion. Vega is just 20 years old and will be the second fighter of Mexican to face Kyoguchi in his career. The Federal District native has won four of his last five fights and last fought in August 2020.

The Japanese is undefeated in 14 fights, with 9 knockouts. While Vega has a record of 14 wins, 3 losses, 1 draw and 8 knockouts.

One man who will be keeping a close eye on the fight is leading Light Flyweight contender Ronald “El Criollo” Chacon who has been inspired by Venezuelan countryman Roger Gutierrez recent victory.
