Heather Hardy “Heats” up the daily news this Sunday

DiBella Entertainment’s undefeated female super bantamweight Heather “The Heat” Hardy (5-0) will be featured in this Sunday’s NY Daily News Sports edition.  The Irish-American Hardy, who calls Brooklyn her home and trains at the famed Gleason’s gym, is set to square off against Cassie Trost (1-1-1) on the upcoming Broadway Boxing card promoted by DiBella Entertainment and Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s SMS Promotions, on Wednesday, July 24, in a six-round matchup.

“I have been training hard and I am very exited about this upcoming fight,” said Hardy. “I have been getting great sparring from some real talented fighters, and I am ready.”

“I feel blessed to have gotten the chance from Lou DiBella to fight here in my home of New York City and I am very grateful to have the opportunity to fight in front of the greatest fans in the world.  I will continue to show my appreciation by putting my heart and soul into every fight.”

After successfully turning pro in August of last year, Hardy has impressed and steadily improved with each outing.  Her progression quickly caught the eye of promoter Lou DiBella, who immediately signed the exciting and charismatic prospect.  With each fight, Hardy’s army of fans has continued to grow and another packed crowd of Hardy supporters is expected to be on hand on July 24.
